Veg’chop (pepperoni) pizza

Servings: for 1 (so just multiply everything by the number of people)

Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic bread

  • 1/2 block of Veg’chop 

  • 125g Mozzarella

  • 4 tbsp of Pizza sauce

  • 4-5 leaves of Basil

Instructions

  1. Cut the veg’chop into 2 cm thick discs and halve.

  2. Spread the pizza sauce onto the garlic flatbread.

  3. Tear on the on mozzarella and the veg’chop pieces.

  4. Bake in the oven for 6-7 mins at 180oC.

  5. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
