Veg’chop (pepperoni) pizza

Servings: for 1 (so just multiply everything by the number of people)
Ingredients
1 Garlic bread
1/2 block of Veg’chop
125g Mozzarella
4 tbsp of Pizza sauce
4-5 leaves of Basil
Instructions
Cut the veg’chop into 2 cm thick discs and halve.
Spread the pizza sauce onto the garlic flatbread.
Tear on the on mozzarella and the veg’chop pieces.
Bake in the oven for 6-7 mins at 180oC.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
